- Blackberry Cobbler

- 4 cups fresh blackberries
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1 cup packaged biscuit mix
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup milk or water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar

- Butter an 8x8 baking pan. Mix blackberries, flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon
- and lemon juice. Pour into baking dish. Dot with butter.
- Mix biscuit mix, 2 tablespoons sugar and milk or water. Pour over fruit
- mixture. Top with 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar. Bake at 425 F uncovered for 40
- minutes or until golden brown.
